From the rendezvous point at Pisa airport this 7 night tour takes in a winding route southwards through Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio on the way down to the Vallelunga circuit just north of Rome. The 2009 world Superbikes season promises to be one of the most exciting and hard fought championships around with bikes from Ducati, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Aprilia, BMW and perhaps KTM.....

Motorbikes will be collected on the first day (early afternoon) followed by an orientational circular ride to the first hotel. Participants travelling from far-a-field, (who may be 'enjoying' jet lag) may prefer the option of being driven to the first hotel (your bike will be trailered to the hotel). The following days and nights will present many opportunities for some spirited riding and some luxurious relaxation.

This tour includes no motorway riding and concentrates on good country roads.

Day 3 may be used as a rest day, some private touring or for local area rides with the guide.

The Superbike race is on the sixth day of the tour.
