The whole family/group of friends/work colleagues can buy vouchers which can be redeemed together by the lucky ricipient (for a birthday/Christmas/wedding present for example) up to a maximum of the total cost of the tour and optional extras
Redeem against any tour - its easy
Subject to there being a place(s) available, you can use the voucher(s) as full or part payment against any tour on our calendar. And it is easy to do! Just select the voucher value you want to buy below and use the button below to go to our secure purchase screen. Once you have completed the purchase and have recieved your purchase receipt email, you simply need to quote the voucher transaction code (or multiple codes) to us when you want to book your tour.

Purchase Locations
Gift vouchers may be purchased online through this website, via telephone on the number +39 340 767 7364 (your normal call rates to Italy apply) or through Derek Mazerolle at Argyll Motor Sports, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Please note that the telephone service is only possible when we are in the office. Vouchers cannot be purchased through any other source/supplier Value of Voucher
Gift vouchers are worth the amount as purchased (the "face value"). There are no charges deducted from the purchase cost. Please note that while the voucher is always worth it's face value, prices of the tours, rentals and additional items we offer do change. Vouchers as
gifts If you are purchasing a voucher(s) to be given as a gift to someone, please email us with the name of the receiver of the gift and the voucher number(s). The receiver of the voucher must be given the voucher number if they are to redeem the voucher
If you have any special instructions, for example asking us to email the voucher direct to the person(s) receiving the gift on a specific date/time, please complete the special instructions box during checkout or email us. Please note, the electronic voucher is emailed out automatically when you complete the online purchase. Redemption of Voucher
Vouchers may be redeemed against any tour, rental and/or additional items. When booking your trip please let us know that you will be redeeming vouchers for part/all of the cost of the booking. You may redeem as many vouchers together as you would like up to a maximum of the cost of the tour/rental/additional items. The voucher number is required to redeem a voucher and should be quoted in all correspondence relating to your voucher(s) and redemption thereof.
If the person redeeming the voucher(s) is not the same as the person who purchased the voucher(s) the purchaser will be notified via email when we recieve a redemption request.
The applicable price of tours, rentals and other additional items for which a voucher(s) is/are to be redeemed is set at the time of redemption of the voucher(s). Refund of Voucher
Ducatitours cannot refund vouchers that have been purchased other than by redemption as described above. Expiration of Vouchers In normal circumsdances vouchers should be redeemed within two years of purchase. If you are unable to redeem your voucher(s) within ths period please email us at ducatitours@gmail.com in order to organise a special extension. Online purchase security
Online purchase of vouchers uses a secure checkout. When you purchase a voucher, you should receive an email purchase receipt and an electronic voucher in the form of an HTML mail message. If you do not receive either or both of these emails, please email us immediately at our email address of ducatitours@gmail.com with the details of the transaction. Currency rates
Vouchers are purchased and held in euro. If purchasing using a different currency, the price you pay will vary according to the exchange rate applicable at the time of purchase. Please note that our working currency for all tours, rental and additional items is in euro. Third parties
A person who is not a party to this agreement will acquire no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce or take the benefit of any of these terms and conditions.
