Purchase Locations
Tickets may be purchased online through this website, Tickets cannot be purchased through any other source/supplier Draw Method For each ticket purchased, the purchaser will receive four sets of two numbered balls, numbered between 1 and 49. When all tickets have been sold, all purchasers will be notified via email of the draw date. To ensure a fair draw we wil be using the first two balls drawn from the UK National Lottery draw on the selected draw date. If your ticket includes the same numbers (in either order) as the first two balls drawn, you are the winner Redemption of Prize
If you win the draw you will be notified by email. At that point you may choose which tour you would like to join. The winner can choose from any of the tours on our calendar for 2009 as follows:

Ducatitours cannot refund tickets that have been purchased. Incorrect answers to the skill questions If you answer the questions incorrectly you will not receive any combinations of numbered balls. You will not know if you have answered questions correctly or incorrectly until you have completed the purchase of the ticket. Third parties
A person who is not a party to this agreement will acquire no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce or take the benefit of any of these terms and conditions.
General
1. By entering the competition via the Web site, Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them; It is the responsibility of Entrants to keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for their future reference
2. When entering the Competition, all Entrants must submit all contact details requested by the Organisers (which must include a valid e-mail address) which will be used for the following purposes: (a) to notify the Winner that they have won the prize; (b) to post the Winner's name and town of residence on the Web site; and (c) to comply with the Privacy Policy.
3. All entrants are solely and completely responsible for providing the Promoters with accurate and current contact details.
4. The Organisers will in no way be liable for any failure or inability to contact with any Entrant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the Entrants or otherwise.
5. Privacy policy - The Entrants and the Organisers recognise that the Organisers may use contact details and other data including personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998 supplied by the Entrants to the Organisers to administer the Web site and conduct the Competition according to these Terms and Conditions. The Entrants and the Promoters also recognise that the Organisers may (either by choice or at the request of a third party) also disclose this information to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.
6. The Competition is operated by the Organisers.
7. The Competition is open for entry to all persons aged 18 or over excluding the Organisers, their, agents, employees, professional advisers or anyone else connected with the development or operation of the Web site or conducts administration of the Competition in any way, shape or form;
8. Entries made by the Entrants to the Competition will only be valid if made via the Web site
9. By entering into the Competition, all Entrants acknowledge that their payment of €15.00 (EURO) per entry to answer the Questions and thereby enter the Competition does not guarantee in any way that they will win the prize.
10. The Organisers do not in any way guarantee the value of the Prize
11. Only completed Entries will be entered into the Competition
12. As a condition of entering the Competition, Entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. The Organisers will not be liable in any way if an Entrant enters the Competition unlawfully;
13. The Entrants recognise that the Competition is a Prize Competition for the purposes of, inter alia, Section 14 (5) of the Gambling Act 2005 and that to win the Competition via answering the Question depends to a substantial degree on the exercise of the skill, judgment or knowledge of the Entrants and that the Prize is not allocated wholly by chance;
14. The Entrants and the Organisers recognise that the Competition, its administration and all associated activities are governed by English Law and the Promoters and Entrants recognise that the County or High Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute arising out of the Competition or its administration;
15. By entering the Competition, Entrants warrant that all information that they submit is accurate, true, current and complete. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (entirely at their own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has acted in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
16. Subject to reaching the maximum number of entries to the competition of 294 there is no limit to the number of entries that any person can make via the website although the promoters reserve the right in their absolute discretion to refuse any entry or further entry from any individual.
17. All Entries will become the property of the Organisers on receipt and will not be returned.
18. Entrants will receive a combined confirmation e-mail and receipt from the Organisers within 2 days of receipt of their Entry into the Competition.
19. The Organisers do not retain details of each Entry for subsequent third party or other access directly from the Web site It is the sole responsibility of each Entrant to retain a copy of the confirmatory e-mail referred to above for their future reference.
20. The Organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason.
The Prize
21. The purpose of the Competition is to win the Prize;
22. Payments will only be accepted in euro
23. English is the only language in which an Entrant may submit their entry.
The Competition
24. The process to determine the Winner will begin the day after the closing date and a final decision will be made within 14 days of that date.
25. The price of entering the competition is €15.00 (EURO) per entry and is payable using the payment page of the Web site
26 In answering the Question, the Entrant recognises that they must exercise skill and judgment to give the correct Answer as per the requirements of the Gambling Act 2005
27. To conclude an entry into the Competition, an Entrant will be asked to provide their contact details (including postal and e-mail addresses and a telephone number) and card payment details. Once the Entry is submitted, the Entrant’s card payment will be electronically approved.
28. Entry to the Competition will only be confirmed on approval of the payment and by the sending of the combined confirmation e-mail and receipt as described above by the Promoters to the Entrant to confirm their entry into the Competition. The e-mail will confirm the date and time of entry, and the details of the Prize;
29. When the Maximum Number Of Entries or the Closing Date is reached, the Competition will close; however the Organisers reserve the right to extend the closing date by up to 2 months at their discretion.
30. All Entries to the Competition are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, except in the case of entries submitted after the Closing Date
31. The winner of the Prize will be the Entrant whose enrty include the unique 2 number combination supplied on their purchased ticket confirmation (regardless of number order) matches the first 2 balls drawn from the National Lottery Lotto on the Draw Date.
32. The Organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the Competition following the determination of the Winner as described above;
33. The Winner will be required to forward a certified copy of their passport or driving licence to the Organisers to prove their identity and that their Entry was made using a valid debit/credit card belonging to the Entrant or used with the express authorisation of the card holder.
34. Each Entrant agrees that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to this Prize Competition.
35. If the Winner cannot be contacted by the Organisers within 30 days of being chosen as the Winner by e-mail, telephone and mail to the contact details submitted in their entry or if the documentation required in clause 33 has not been submitted by the winner within 30 days of being requested, the Organisers shall be entitled to award the Prize to the Entrant selected by drawing another winning entry at random in the same method as described above at an alternative date of National Lottery Lotto draw (“The Alternate Winner“). The Alternate Winner shall have 7 days from notification of their status by the Promoters to communicate their acceptance of the Prize and to have submitted the documentation required in clause 33. The "Alternative Winner" selection method shall be repeated in this manner until a successful winner is found.
Closing the competition
36. If the Maximum Number of Entries to the Competition is not equal to the number of entries received as at the closing date, the Competition will close and the proceeds of the Competition will be determined using the formula “number of tickets sold x ticket price” (“the Entry Fees”);
37. The Winner of the Competition will then be determined in accordance with the method described in clause 31 above;
38. The Organisers will be entitled to retain 30% of the Entry Fees to cover administration and marketing expenditure. The remaining balance following deduction of the 30% is “the Prize Fund”. The Prize Fund will then be distributed to the winning Entrant.
Other Issues
38. The Winner agrees to allow the Organisers to display his or her name on the Web site in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The name, age and town of residence of the Winner will be posted on the Web site for the purposes of announcing the Winner of the Competition within 24 hours of the Winner being determined
40. Entrants authorise the Organisers to enter their personal details into their database and to use the information in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and subject to the terms of Privacy Policy
41. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel the Competition at any time either before or after tickets have been sold. If the Competition is cancelled, the Organisers will return the Entry Fees to each Entrant (either by bank card refund or by cheque and in one combined payment where several entries have been made by a competitor). Where the Entry Fee is returned, the Organisers shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person;
42. The Organisers make no representation or warranty as to the Valuation or the Prize
43. Save for death or personal injury the Organisers will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of the Organisers, nor will their servants or their agents in developing, planning and Administrating the Competition, distributing the Prize to the Winner or following the distribution of the Prize;
44. The Organisers accept no liability for errors or omissions contained within the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Web site It is the responsibility of each Entrant (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy him/herself as to the accuracy of any such details and/or any content of this web site
45. The Organisers will not be liable for any loss suffered by an Entrant as a result of incomplete entries or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Web site
46. The Organisers do not accept responsibility for entries which they do not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, high Internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults or any other reason. It is the responsibility of Entrants to contact the Promoters if you do not receive the combined confirmation E-Mail and receipt as described above within 5 days of the submission of any Entry
46. These competition rules shall not create or be construed as creating any form of contract, joint venture or other agreement between any Entrant and the Organisers.
47. An entry shall be declared void (without any refund being given) if the entrant engages in: (a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent); (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) fraudulent concealment; (d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the web site; or (e) amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the Web site
48. In the unfortunate and rare event that the prize in question is no longer available due to fire, flood, Act of War, Act of God or other circumstance beyond the promoter's control, then the Winner will be entitled to 70% of total monies (net of any duties) generated from the entry monies. The remaining 30% will be retained by the Organisers to cover administrative, legal, marketing costs and other competition expenditure.
49. The Tour Prize Winner cannot opt for a cash prize in lieu of the transfer of the property
50. Each entrant should retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for their future reference
51. The Organisers are in no way shape or form linked to the National Lottery, the winner of this competition will be decided by referencing those numbers drawn from the National Lottery Machine(s) for the purpose of a random number generation only.
