"Probably I should call it THE holiday of a lifetime, except that I am so hooked on the potent combination of a sleek Ducati 749, the awesomely twisting mountain roads of tuscany and its distractingly beautiful scenery, that I know Ill be back for more......and who knows maybe it gets even better!
Ducatitours are not for everyone. You need an appreciation of Italian mechanical finesse, a taste for real coffee, good food and wine and the desire to see it all without the tourist crowds. The only real problem is the urge just to stop and gaze at the view which, of course, can interrupt the fun of well sealed mountain roads with tightly banked corners with some really challenging changes of pace.
As a regular Ducastisti I appreciated the well maintained yellow 749 supplied by the Ducatitours team as well as their local knowledge and contacts all conveyed in English (so important if your Italian is not up to scratch).
